Terms of Service
Effective: 29 September 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Skycast, Inc. ("we", "us"), the company that runs Fantasy Stables: the game, the website at fantasystables.com and the web shop (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and, for the app, our EULA are part of these Terms. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read section 15. It says that most disputes between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and that you give up the right to take part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.
1. Who can play
Fantasy Stables is for a general audience. Every player is asked their birth year the first time they play, and some features depend on the answer: players under 13 cannot sign in or use the web shop, and only adults can buy on the web shop. You must give your real birth year. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases. You may not use the Service if the law forbids it, or if we have closed an account of yours before.
2. Your account
You can play as a guest, or sign in so your farm follows you to other devices. A guest farm lives on one device: if you lose the device or delete the game before signing in, we may not be able to get the farm back. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your device and your sign-in email secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts are personal: you may not sell, share or transfer yours.
3. Virtual items
Gems, coins, passes, horses, buildings and everything else in the game ("virtual items") are part of the game. When you get them, by playing or by buying them, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them in Fantasy Stables. You do not own them, and they:
- have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything else, by us or anyone else;
- cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another person or account, except where the game itself offers it;
- may be changed, rebalanced, limited or retired as the game develops, and may be lost if your account ends.
We are not responsible for virtual items obtained outside the Service, and we may remove them.
4. Buying
In the app. Purchases in the game are made through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their terms as well as these. They handle payment, receipts and store refunds.
On the web shop. Purchases at fantasystables.com/shop are made with us; payment is handled by Stripe. Only adults can buy on the web shop. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it, and your bank may add a currency conversion fee. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.
Web bonus. Some packs include extra gems or coins when bought on the web shop. The bonus is part of the pack, is shown before you pay, and may change or end at any time.
Prices and errors. We may change prices at any time. If a price or a pack is shown wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Delivery and your right of withdrawal
Web shop purchases are delivered to your in-game inbox as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute; open the inbox in the game to collect them. A purchase waits in the inbox until you collect it.
If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a cooling-off period: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Virtual items are delivered straight away, so at checkout we ask for your express agreement to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the items are delivered. Without that agreement, the purchase cannot go ahead. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
6. Refunds
In-app purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies; ask them through your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
Web shop purchases are final and not refundable once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where something went wrong on our side (for example, you were charged but nothing arrived). Email hello@fantasystables.com and we will put it right.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may remove what it delivered, and anything obtained with it, from your account, and we may suspend the account until the matter is settled. Abusive chargebacks may lead us to close the account.
7. Passes (subscriptions)
A pass gives its daily reward while it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period (week, month or year) at the price you agreed, and you will be charged until you cancel.
- A pass bought in the app is managed and cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings.
- A pass bought on the web shop is managed and cancelled from the web shop ("Manage web passes and receipts").
Season Premium is different: it unlocks the premium rewards of the current season pass until that season ends, and it does not renew. Each new season has its own Season Premium to buy if you want it. Rewards on the premium track must be collected before the season ends.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a period to avoid the next charge. If you cancel, the pass keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it. We will tell you before changing the price of a pass, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
8. Your content
You may be able to choose a display name, name your horses and create other things other players can see ("your content"). You keep any rights you have in it, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to use, show, copy and adapt it to run, promote and improve the Service. You confirm your content does not break the law or anyone's rights. We may remove or change any content, including names, at any time and for any reason.
9. Playing fair
You agree not to: cheat, hack, modify or reverse engineer the game, or use bots, scripts or automation; exploit bugs (please report them instead); buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the game; get around age checks, purchase checks or other limits; harass, threaten or impersonate anyone; use names or content that are offensive, hateful, sexual, or that reveal someone's personal information; send spam or malware; interfere with the Service or other players' enjoyment of it; or use the Service for anything illegal. We may investigate, remove items or progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
10. Our rights
We and our licensors own the Service and everything in it, including the software, art, characters, music, names, logos and virtual items. "Fantasy Stables" and our logos are our trademarks. Apart from the licences in these Terms and the EULA, we do not give you any right in them. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you.
11. Changes
We are always working on Fantasy Stables. We may add, change or remove features, events, prices and virtual items, and we may stop running the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice in the game. We may change these Terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the game or on this page before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
12. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account, or stop providing the Service to you, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect players or the Service. When an account ends, its licence to virtual items ends with it and they are not refunded, except where the law requires. Sections 3, 6, 8, 10 and 13 to 16 continue after these Terms end.
13. No warranty
To the maximum extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any data (including your farm and virtual items) will be kept without loss.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent the law allows: (a) we and our officers, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, virtual items or goodwill, however caused, even if we were told they were possible; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or US $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skycast, Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email hello@fantasystables.com with your name, how to reach you, and what the problem is and what you want. We will try to resolve it within 60 days, and so must you.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides all questions, including whether a dispute must be arbitrated, and may award the same individual relief a court could. Arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in Oakland County, Michigan, or in the county where you live. We will pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees above what you would pay to start a claim in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either of us may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Class action and jury waiver. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. You and we both give up the right to a jury trial. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court, not arbitration.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the help of the same lawyers, they will be administered in batches of up to 25 at a time under the AAA's mass arbitration procedures, and the time limits for them are paused while that happens.
Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@fantasystables.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and the email or display name on your account. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
Courts. Any dispute not sent to arbitration will be decided only by the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, where the law allows such a limit.
If you live in the EU or UK, this section 15 does not apply to you except the first paragraph: you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws. The EU's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. They, together with the Privacy Policy and the EULA, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them, for example as part of a sale of the business. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control. We may send you notices in the game, on this page, or by email; you can send notices to the address below.
